ION PROCESSING Magnum's ionitriding produces a hard wear resistance surface with little or no distortion on the parts processed. Selective ionitriding is easily achieved by utilizing masking of areas that need to remain soft. A typical cycle would run at 975 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 hours. |
