Carburizing

Our atmosphere heat treating processes are designed to create precision carbon levels and depths for all kinds of parts.

Plasma Nitriding

Our equipment is designed to control not only vacuum, temperature and voltage/amperage. Our PLCs can control the Nitrogen: Hydrogen ratios through the use of mass flow sensors for the optimum mix for a given alloy.

Post Weld Heat Treatment

Many weldments need the right ramp rates and soak time and temperature control for maximum performance in the field. Our furnaces meet API 6A and can handle parts up to 25' in length.

Mechanical Testing

We can provide outsourced mechanical and metallurgical testing by qualified local laboratories that are accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

In addition to our extensive catalog of processes, we also specialize in plasma nitriding, a process so rare only three plants perform this in the state of Texas. We are the sole source for this service in the Houston area.
